Trust

Losing hope? We look around us and see the world falling to pieces. Wars, racial attacks, global warming and now this virus. One has to wonder where God is in this? Why if He is a loving God would He allow all this?

We more often than not see only what is in front of us, losing focus on the big picture. Like a camera zooming in at a distant object causing the picture to blur. We need to have faith and trust in God’s big plan.

In spring last year we planted some veggies. Amongst the plants, we planted a few capsicum plants but only one produced fruit. The plants for me appeared to be dead and dying. Because of the one fruit hanging on the one plant, I kept up watering the plants. At times wanting to give up hope. Months later I’m witnessing the blossoms on the plants transforming into round balls of hope.

What did God want to teach me through a simple plant? To never lose hope and to trust in Him who created heaven and earth. #GodCanDoThis
